Crafted an innovative nitrogen spring-loaded gauge system specifically for measuring pin-to-face dimensions of Toyota's mechanical tappets. This initiative aimed at cutting down costs associated with our current grinding line. By obtaining precise measurements, I could subsequently fine-tune the punches to minimize the remaining stock on pins. Consequently, this enhanced wheel durability, leading to significant annual savings.
