Goal is to get the pin in and out of the block without breaking the block.Printing (in PLA!):Block: Layer 0.2 / Nozzle 0.4 / Perimeters:8 / Infill 100% / no support or brim / Print flat as positioned in the STLPin: Layer 0.2 / Nozzle 0.4 / Perimeters:5 / Infill 100% / no support or brim / Print with the head on the bed as positioned in the STLIt is ok to use smaller nozzle and/or smaller layer thickness for both parts. For the block with smaller nozzle increase the number of perimeters so that there is no infill (All print lines must run straight next to each other, to minimize deformation due to repeating use). ___________________________________* Model has been completely redesigned from scratch.Here is a spoiler video how to get the pin in and out without breaking the model:
