I crafted a robust pin hinge featuring chamfers and a sturdy pin to boost its durability. Initially, I envisioned requiring three hinges, but two have performed admirably with no sagging on a 24"x24"x0.177" acrylic door so far. These attachments were manufactured using ABS on a M2 Makergear 3D printer. Fastening them is achieved with 10-24 button head screws, matching the size of the holes drilled into place.
