https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMSTIaJ0OWg This drop-in pin hinge is a standard design that I've created specifically for my Artillery Genius enclosure. The primary goal was to develop a hinge that would allow me to easily remove the doors when needed. The original version of this design uses normal wood screws on the frame side and M3 nuts and bolts on the window side. To secure these components, I've incorporated M3 self-locking nuts into the design. In addition to the original version, I've also uploaded a modified design that utilizes wood screws on both sides for added versatility. The 3mm height option is intended for use when the 3mm glass extends over the frame, while the flat option is designed for windows that are flush with the frames. To ensure maximum strength and stability, I've printed the pin side of the hinge lying down, and the hole side standing upright.
