I really like the Enclosure Hinge design by lrawbone, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2844563 but I didn't have any M6 bolts for a pin. I designed and printed this with 4 perimeters, and it works perfectly - no need to replace them with M6 hardware. The shaft is 5.75 mm in diameter, and 60mm long. The "head" is 10mm in diameter and 10mm tall. Just gravity holds them in place, so they can be removed by hand.
