I saw a similar model of the covers but didn't remember the site, so I designed them by myself,To prevent shorts on the Pi pins I designed these pin covers,One covers all pins and with the other you are able to connect the Pi fan.I'm using only Raspberry Pi 4, so I don't know if the covers fits for a Pi3.I protect also a Pi Zero W.I think this helps because of the rare and expensive Raspberry Pi this year 2022.
