I made the 2-D sketch of the figure then extruded the figure to 200, then separate extrude the rectangle 75 mm off the model. I then moved onto the middle of the figure and drew, measured then cut a rectangle, Lastly I moved to the bottom of the figure and drew and cut another rectangle but this time I filleted the corners 15mm.
