The X-belt tensioner utilizes a design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1730521. This adaptation is specifically crafted for use with three wheels. To address Z-axis motor support, the spindle was relocated as close to the table as possible due to its single Z-axis configuration. The resulting misalignment of the X-axis profile necessitates a coupling to reduce Z-axis wobble and balance the profile. The double-function Z-axis endstop support mounts X-axis motor spacers alongside an included M4 bolt with nut and counter nut for precise tuning of the Z-axis endstop. Case design features a fixation point for the board, along with a recess facilitating SD card insertion. The closure cover includes a tear for flat cable output. Motor stepper spacers were employed to prevent acrylic sheet bending during printing. This issue has been successfully resolved through their implementation. The case MKS board retains its original structure, with ventilation restricted to the side outside of the hotbed area.
