I used existing design adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4637520) for Vive DAS with Pimax deluxe head-strap. My headphones were too high (above ears). Long time I was using it with head strap too low on my back, but that made unnecessary pressure on my face and back. I made new adapters that better suit my head. It is same part for left or right side. It is needed one screw per side to connect adapter to head-strap: M2.5*10mm (I had M3x10, and it is also ok) If your printer is not optimized, then maybe you have to re-drill new holes for screws. I had to heat a thin nail with a lighter, and again to drill my holes. Design is slightly adopted after that, sou you might have your holes visible and clean. For connecting Vive DAS you can use existing screw from DAS. It is hard to install that screw, but there is no help for that. Sorry. Print it with support, oriented with plane icon facing up!
