Pimax 8k/5K+ headstrap with headphones upgrade

My Upgraded Headset for Pimax 8k/5k+ - A Game-Changer! I've taken the original Pimax 8k/5k+ head strap and given it a major upgrade with advanced orientation. Now, you'll get to enjoy immersive sound with built-in headphones! To create this fantastic upgrade, I used a budget-friendly gaming headphone from AliExpress that cost around 10€. The speakers are surprisingly good, despite the microphone being dead. I even removed the foam to fit the headset perfectly onto the rigid part of the strap. The speakers have an inner size of 40mm, which is standard in this industry. If they feel too loose, you might need some glue to keep them in place. Assembling the headphones was a breeze - simply snap two round pieces together after inserting one with a grill into the foam. To keep your ears comfortable, I've included rubber bands that maintain the headset in place. However, I'm working on an upgrade to eliminate these bands altogether! For those who want more flexibility, I've provided both a full version and a split version of the parts. You can use glue or small screws to assemble them, but I prefer soldering for a sturdy connection. To ensure durability, I printed the snapping parts in PLA instead of ABS, which is too brittle and prone to cracking. Don't worry if you already have the headset without speakers - I've got an upgrade file just for you!
