PilotTrak Micro
thingiverse
This is my smallest tracked vehicle yet! Using dual N20 Gear Motors and a 1S lipo, it's cheap and relatively easy to build. - EDIT : Added variation to Chassis with more space for motor / motor contacts at rear. The PilotTrak Micro is a simple micro FPV tank, originally designed for running a leader wire or pullstring through tight areas while installing network cable. This is a smaller version of my original Pilot Trak V2, with a few updated features such as easier to print wheels and better tracks, similar to my Scout32 project. The entire tub chassis is 3D printed, along with the tracks, which are designed to print in TPU. The lower chassis houses dual N20 gear-motors to power the tracks. The camera angle is adjustable, and the chassis has the option to add 5mm LEDs for headlights. The Pilot Trak series of rovers are designed to use Hobby FPV Gear, which varies depending on which brand of transmitter and FPV gear you choose. While I give some recommendations and build guides, you will have to have a general knowledge of Hobby FPV gear, soldering, and general electronics to complete assembly.
