This is a versatile camera mount designed specifically for attaching the PilotHD V2 to a ZMR250 quadcopter. It's cleverly angled at 15 degrees, providing an optimal viewing perspective. The two adjustable arms in the front easily slide down the standoffs on the quad's frame, accommodating any model that uses circular standoffs with a diameter of approximately 0.2 inches and spaced about 1.25 inches apart. This innovative mount offers ample clearance for effortless removal and insertion of the SD card, as well as convenient access to the record button. Although you may need to modify your quad's frame slightly to reach the record button, this is a small price to pay for such a practical solution. Notably, this camera mount replaces the heavy metal housing that comes with the PilotHD V2 while still utilizing the backplate. To secure it in place, I simply applied double-sided tape underneath and slid it down the posts. For added peace of mind, I might consider using a zip tie over the arms to prevent any potential movement or detachment.
