Our Mendelmax builds employ Igus pillow blocks, which have proven to function exceptionally well in testing. These bushings are notably smoother and quieter compared to other options we've tried. Assembly is similar to our clamp-style x ends and carriage, with the only difference being wider bushing mount holes for the Igus bushings. You can obtain these Igus components from LulzBot.com or Igus directly.
