The bearings inside this pillow block boast floating races, carefully crafted to adapt effortlessly to any misalignment issues that may arise. A single precision-crafted 6-32 screw enables the user to fine-tune the bearing's fitment with ease. This versatile part can be mounted securely using four high-strength 6-32 screws spaced evenly in a precise 25mm square pattern. The flat surface of this pillow block is strategically positioned at an impressive 19mm (approximately three-quarters of an inch) from the axis of the guide rail, providing maximum stability and support. Notably, the mounting holes on this part are 13mm deep, offering ample room for secure fastening. I apologize if my previous units appear to be mixed; unfortunately, I reside in a country where progress can sometimes lag behind. To print this pillow block effectively, use a layer height of 0.2mm and an infill density of 30%. Thankfully, no support material is required during the printing process. Cura sliced this design with remarkable precision, whereas Slic3r encountered some difficulties.
