Instructions Using the following settings: Lip size: adjusted to zero Mounting hole diameter: set to three point two millimeters Number of sides on shapes: incremented by one hundred Base thickness: set to five units Thickness of lip: reduced to zero Height from center to top bearing surface: fixed at twenty-five units Radius of fillet at base of part: set to five units Set screw diameter: eliminated completely Bearing outer diameter for pillowblock assembly: set to twenty-nine millimeters Bearing OD and pillow block thickness for entire design: maintained at five millimeters each Counterbore thickness on base plate: adjusted up one and a half units Inner diameter of counter sink hole in bottom of bearing block: established at six point five millimeters Distance between mounting holes: reset to seventy millimeters Thickness of the complete bearing assembly unit including screws, flange or base with screw and washers as needed: determined at fifteen millimeters
