This is a pillbox with 7 compartments for the whole week. Approximately 20mm x 20mm x 136mm in size. For the hinge I use a piece of filament with ø1,75mm that is about 1cm longer than the box. The filament is pushed through the box and all the lids and then slightly melted at the ends. Ideally, just enough to fit into the small recesses. I use the tree support for the lids, which gives a slightly better result, but it also works without the support.
