This three-part pillbox is both easy to use and visually appealing. It consists of a plastic insert, labeled as "PS," and two deep-drawn metal components made from ferromagnetic steel that are anodized on the inside. Before deep-drawing and curling, the outer surfaces of these metal parts are lacquered using screen printing techniques. A unique feature of this design includes self-deforming small ribs found on the outer circumference of the plastic insert, which ensures a secure fit between all components. The model is available in various data formats, including STEP-file (.stp), native files in (.prt) and (.asm) formats, and a compressed folder for users of PTC Creo Parametric 2.0.
