Pillbox - Between Start Point & Slapton sands

A laborious reconstruction is underway due to gaps in the fabric and the framework demands attention! This pillbox sits strategically between the starting point and torcross in devon. To facilitate blending with its environment, a layer of local stone has been carefully applied. Notably, this structure stands out as it was constructed atop an earlier sluice situated directly beneath the pillbox. Processed by Grant Bettinson
