Pillars of the IDSA

Pillars of the IDSA

The initial conceptualization of my IDSA challenge entry features a pyramid-like model, symbolizing the theme's influence on industrial design, much like how its tenets support any work of design. Printable using a Makerbot printer, it calls for True Black and True White colors that can be achieved by changing filament during printing. The design is designed to be user-friendly and may enable some conference attendees to print their own in advance. It offers two attachment options: a 3-inch straight pin or a slide-on clip for the second version, showcasing the versatility of 3D printed parts that can be distributed digitally.
