I was using Autodesk Maya to model and texture this building, and later on converted the whole thing to a 3ds Max 2016 scene using its own exporter, while the actual format remained the .skp as originally designed in Sketchup 8. My focus now shifted towards getting everything into perfect working condition, which included tweaking a Vray 3.00 scene to showcase a variety of pillars and a central beam.
