Pill Cutter with a filament hinge

I loved the idea behind this pill cutter, especially the clever hinge system. Unfortunately, it did pose some challenges. To overcome these issues, I simply drilled two holes into each piece. After printing both parts, I lined them up exactly as desired and inserted 2 pieces of 1.75 filament into each side, making sure not to push them all the way through to the middle, which would have interfered with the blade's movement. The friction provided a secure hold in place, but for added stability, you could use CA glue to reinforce it. To finish, I cut the excess material flush with the sides of the holder. This modification worked beautifully. Additionally, I enlarged one of the pill compartments slightly to accommodate a specific pill that I frequently need to cut.
