Pill Box with Magnets - Enlarged

I redesigned KGeorge's original pill box, making it a more functional and user-friendly container. To start, I doubled its width, allowing for six tablets to be stored instead of three. This upgrade was necessary as I had previously used an old Anacin tin with ample storage space. Next, I resized both halves to ensure precise clearances where they meet, eliminating the need for excessive sizing adjustments like in the original design. Specifically, I increased the bottom half by 102% to allow a smooth fit when assembling the top and bottom sections together. I also resized the magnet holes to accommodate the 4mm x 2mm magnets I had on hand, adding clearances as needed to ensure seamless operation. This modification ensured compatibility with my existing stock of magnetic components. Lastly, I incorporated two recesses into the bottom half for additional magnets. Although this feature may only benefit me personally, it solved a problem I encountered with my old Anacin tin: when storing both in the same pocket, they would stick together due to magnetic attraction. By including these extra magnets, this redesigned pill box can now replicate this convenient feature, making it easy to store and transport medication without worrying about accidental separation or damage.
