Pill Box Labels
thingiverse
I had to reprint labels for my weekly pill organizer because the original ones had worn off. To make them stick, I designed new labels that would attach physically. First, print out the design with .2 layer height and 10% infill. Drill a 3mm hole in each compartment and press the peg on the back of the labels into the hole. Then use a soldering iron or another heat source to melt the peg like a rivet and fasten the label in place. To get two colors, I added a pause by manually editing the gcode file. I placed the command "M600" just before the "LAYER:4" label.
