Repurpose empty pill bottles as storage containers by printing a custom cap that dispenses materials easily. Walgreen's large bottles have unique dual pitch threads; ensure a proper fit by adjusting thread radius in the SCAD file. The cap can be printed without support and offers a conical top, similar to an antique sugar dispenser. If using for coffee, opt for food-grade plastic or proper coating treatment. Eliminate the stopper plug in the SCAD file; it only keeps ants out. Print at 0.2mm layers with 3 shells, using hex fill of 0.15 (or 15% rectangle) as vertical walls don't require support. Adjust thread radius if needed for best fit, and ensure Threads.scad library is included for compilation. Add Write.scad library for lettering on the edge, if desired.
