This organizer is made for pill bottles that are 25mm/1inch in diameter. It's for pills that are 4.5mm or thinner. It's designed to allow space for a supply of pills below the divider. There are only 6 slots for the pills - on the 7th day you refill the 6 slots and take a pill from the supply. For example : Monday 0->6 Tuesday 6->5 Wednesday 5->4 Thursday 4->3 Friday 3->2 Saturday 2->1 Sunday 1->0 The small handle can be pointed up or down depending how much space you have in the bottle.
