The Pilgrim Hat was created using Simplify3D's Variable Settings Wizard, which employed multiple processes to bring the design to life. The brim of the hat was separated into a single process and filled with concentric infill, adding depth and texture to this iconic piece. Supports were carefully crafted to ensure a smooth print, with a 2.0mm Support Pillar Resolution that only generated support from the build platform itself. This strategic approach guaranteed a sturdy yet elegant final product.
