Pile of failed Hot Ends

By utilizing ABS Scrap pile, I have designed this pile using 30 different Hot Ends I have experimented. Each failure taught me a lesson, and soon you'll see the results of my functional Hot End. To save money, I refused to buy a Hot End, instead opting to make them on a drill press before investing in a hobby lathe. This journey taught me the importance of turning skills on a lathe and how easily glass transition can cause failure. In total, I spent more on parts/materials than the cost of one hot end. Now, with my latest Hot End design, I'm hoping to contribute to the community and potentially benefit others.
