Pilates Nautilus CoreBody Reformer Cap and Wedges

My wife bought this used Nautilus CoreBody Reformer pilates bar from ebay.  When it arrived we discovered it was missing some key parts.  I decided to take it as a challenge to design and print some replacement parts.The Cap and 2x wedges were inspired by pictures I could find, but I could not see specifics, so I came up with my own version.I designed them using OnShape and printed them in PETG black on my Flashforge 5M Pro with supports. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If this was helpful, please consider a donation for my work on this project.  Thank you!PayPal Tip Jar: https://paypal.me/neofactor--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Cap has 2 versions…Cap-v1 is the one I printed and use.  Works fine, but the handle is a little small, and the outer edge could be taller.  It works fine and is what we use.Cap-v2 has tweaks to make the handle beefier and extends the outer wall up a bit to enclose the bar a bit more.  I have NOT printed it yet but it should work fine.  I will print when and if we ever need to replace my initial printed version.The WedgeYou need to print 2 of these.  It is used to keep the bar from rolling and has slots so you can store it within the tube on the bar…. it is similar to the original, but built by me from scratch. I found a store that sells parts but they of course no longer have the cap and wedge… but you could buy the other parts if needed. https://www.fitnessrepairparts.com/equipment/Select/24903/Nautilus-Residential/CoreBody-Reformer-100218-Rev.-A-2012I hope this is useful for anyone else.  It was my 1st project and I learned a lot.
