Very low cost (10 inch) rack mounted implementation of a PiKVM with a spare Raspberry Pi 2 I had lying around.I only had to add a breadboard, a few jumpers, a transistor, an Arduino Pro Mini and a chinese USB HDMI video capture card. For convenience I added some keystone sockets, so I cound access the HDMI port of the capture card and the Pi2 ethernet usb and ethernet port from the front of the rack.I followed the instructions here.
