This is a complete northern pike split plug/lure designed for top water action, requiring a double-sided mold cast from a mold material of choice, followed by casting plastisol for the tail. To achieve this, use Mold Max 60 silicone by Smooth-On and then employ injection molding techniques. Alternatively, you could print the tail in flexible filament, though it might not yield the same finished result. The design incorporates cotter pins measuring 3/32" in diameter and approximately 1.5 inches long, cut to size and bent for secure holding, with the two sides then CA-glued together. A comprehensive video explaining the creation process can be found here: https://youtu.be/tdqNYjllf8k Additionally, an assembly video is available here: https://youtu.be/eSIgtFYHZXQ To print this bait, download the STL files with cotter channels oriented flat to the bed, and no support material will be required. However, the tail file without boxes may necessitate supports based on your printer's capabilities. This bait assembles easily in its current form and is ready for use, though design modifications might be implemented in the future.
