Human: I designed three-dimensional printed molds for each button type on the PiGRRL Zero. https://learn.adafruit.com/pigrrl-zero?view=all Print Settings: Printer: Da Vinci running Repetier Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 15% How I Created This For the three-dimensional printed parts of the PiGRRL Zero, all buttons and directional pads should be printed with NinjaFlex or similar flexible filament. Since my printer requires a new extruder and several modifications to work effectively with flexible filament, I decided to make negative molds of the pieces and cast them in two-stage silicone instead. I followed these steps: https://pinshape.com/blog/how-to-generate-a-3d-printed-mold-for-an-object/, and using these OpenSCAD scripts: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31581 I created a standalone 2-part mold for each button type individually.
