Pigrrl 2 Modified 3.5 composite screen

BEFORE PRINTING, BE AWARE THAT THE PCB IN THIS DESIGN IS CUSTOM AND DIFFERENT FROM ADAFRUIT'S IT IS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SOFT TACTILE BUTTONS. THE GERBER FILE PROVIDED SHOWCASES ONLY THE BOTTOM COPPER OF THE PCB, BUT YOU CAN USE A PROGRAM CALLED GERBV TO VIEW AND PRINT THE ENTIRE DESIGN. I USED PRESENISTIZED PCBS FOR THIS PROJECT. When building the original PIGRRL 2 handheld, I discovered that the feel of the buttons was wrong - too close together and too noisy. Granted, I didn't use flexible filament, but I still came up with this design using button guides, four separated buttons, and soft tactile switches. Additionally, I had to redesign the circuit board from scratch. The gerber file is included for your reference. The feel of these new buttons is significantly nicer and much more playable. I also wanted a larger screen, such as the 3.5-inch display, but the GPIO screens are too laggy. As a result, I opted for a 3.5-inch composite display and managed to fit it into the top case without using an excessive amount of glue to hold it in place. I found a barrel battery holder that fits a li-ion battery nicely in the bottom case without any movement; however, battery life isn't particularly great, so maybe in the future I can add two batteries there. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Steel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 100 Notes: Printed in PLA. I use diluted wood glue to hold it to the heated bed, and it works like a charm!
