This 3D model was originally developed with Sketchup 13 before being converted to all other popular 3D formats. The native format is .skp and the 3ds Max scene is compatible with the 2016 version, rendered using Vray 3.00 By the time it opened in 1929, this eighteen-story edifice stood as Hamilton's first steel-skeleton skyscraper, constructed at a cost of one million dollars. Designed by combining Art-Deco and Gothic-Revival styles, the building was finished with Belgian glass, English window frames, and interior decoration that included marble, tile, and murals painted by local church decorators recounting events related to its construction. As is characteristic of Gotham's skyscrapers, there were rotating searchlights on top of the roof, revolving every thirty seconds. Once a thriving commercial office development, the building remained viable until the 1970s when downtown economy started to decline. In the following decade, it changed hands several times for different projects but ultimately all deals fell through.
