PiGiRRL Zero w/ Audio & Thicker Joints
thingiverse
I've remixed PiGRRL Zero Bottom Case Beefier Joint by SNEAKxxATTACK with space for a 20mm speaker and a 3.5mm switching audio jack. I managed to squeeze in an Adafruit 2500mah lipo instead of the standard 2000mah. The 20mm Speaker is friction-fit, while the 3.5mm jack might need some hot glue or superglue for a secure connection. You'll need a mono amp and RC Low-Pass filter as shown in this guide: https://learn.adafruit.com/introducing-the-raspberry-pi-zero/audio-outputs UPDATE: December 7, 2020 - I've made some changes to the design. I've added larger holes for the speaker grill to improve sound quality and reinforced the case. The clip at the back has been slimmed down to avoid touching the Pi when closed.
