TPU mask with screw-in filter compartment. Utilize HEPA filters or alternative high-quality options. I employed F8 Filter material for my prototype. The design is compact but can be easily scaled up and remains tolerant of various parameters. A face shield is included as a bonus feature, available in DXF format or embedded within the STEP file. Print the mask using antibacterial filament if possible. The TPU-Seal.stl file from TPU is recommended; softer materials work best or create a mold to use silicone for added durability. When slicing in Cura, select inclusive tolerance to ensure a smooth thread design. Disclaimer: This mask does not provide adequate protection against viruses, bacteria, or dust.
