Piggy plug
thingiverse
My daughter broke the cap off her piggy bank because it was made of really thin, cheap plastic. I've finally found a practical use for some Ninjaflex! The hole diameter of her piggy bank was 33mm. You should be able to scale my design using that size to meet your needs. This design is specifically for Ninjaflex or other flexible materials only. I also designed a tapered version, which might insert better, but since the regular one worked well, I never printed it. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 microns Infill: 20% Notes: My Printrbot settings are as follows: print speed - 10mm/sec, temperature at 230C, bed temperature at 40C, retraction distance at .7mm (I'm using a Ubis metal hot end), and the retracting speed is 40mm/s. No fan should be on during the first layer; no raft or support needed.
