My colleague in this picture will be heading down to Puerto Rico with his church. He requested to bring along a PiGate, an emergency email gateway designed for communication over radio frequencies, allowing individuals without internet access to stay connected with their loved ones. The brilliant minds behind the system have kindly provided a design for the case, which can be downloaded from their website. However, I struggled to get it working properly, so I decided to redesign the enclosure using screws for assembly. To accommodate the added nuts, I made some minor adjustments to its height, but the overall structure remains intact. To facilitate further modifications and personalization, I've included both STL files and a STEP file of my revised design. This enables users to make their own edits, such as adding personalized names or logos.
