Piezo UnderBed Holder

Precision Piezo (http://www.precisionpiezo.co.uk) System Achieves Exceptional Precision Bed Leveling. Initially, I attempted a straightforward approach by attaching the piezo to the extruder. However, my MK8 extruder proved to be extremely difficult to mount due to its structural complexity and thermal constraints. Next, I explored underbed mounts but unfortunately, they did not accommodate my printer's design requirements. Ultimately, I designed a simple yet effective underbed mount that enables easy adjustment of the total height for precise bed leveling. This innovative solution involves sandwiching the base between the table and extruder. To enhance the piezo's functionality, I created a custom detecting circuit, which incorporates an additional input from the piezo sensor. The original circuit featured three inputs, but I opted to add a fourth to achieve even more precise results. I drew inspiration from the Circuit post 289 on the Reprap forum (https://reprap.org/forum/read.php?1,767998,page=38). For this project, I utilized the Murata 7BB-27-4L0 piezo sensor. The firmware employed in this setup is Marlin bugfix-1.1.x G29 Unified Bed Leveling (http://marlinfw.org/docs/features/unified_bed_leveling.html).
