I'm testing the piezo sensor on my Prusa P3STEEL. I designed two plates, printed them with a 40% infill, and installed the piezo sensor in each one using double-sided tape. The plates need to be installed on the Y-axis bed plate. I created a double-sided PCB, which is equipped with discrete components for easy mounting. I have some PCBs available for sale - I can supply a full kit as well and assemble it if needed. Available shortly on my Tindie page: Under test.
