Minichhofen's quaint wayside shrine dates back to 1757. At its foundation lies a poignant relief depicting the torments of purgatory. The base itself is elegantly draped with an ornate cover. On the square column, standing proudly in front of ancient trees, rests the figurative group "Maria Dreieichen's" poignant Pietá.
