Pierogi mold
thingiverse
To produce numerous pierogi, follow these steps. Begin by combining 6 dl flour, 1 large egg, 1 tsp salt, 1½ dl water, and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes until it becomes silky and smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. After resting, roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm and cut out rounds slightly larger than your mold. Place the dough on the mold, fill with desired stuffing, moisten the edges, and close the mold firmly. Cook the pierogi in boiling, salted water until they surface, then cook for an additional minute or two. Serve your homemade pierogi with fried onions and sour cream or smetana for a delicious meal!
