Pierogi maker
thingiverse
I couldn't find a model that worked for me, so I created my own from scratch. It doesn't require any additional screws or bolts, which is a major plus in my book. The hinge is printed and, in my experience, it works flawlessly. I wanted to create a custom shape where the dough connects, but I got frustrated with the fusing process and had to abandon ship - I ended up making pierogi instead. I printed this part on a raft and added supports to help it along. The part needed some encouragement to start moving freely, but after a bit of wiggling it works like a charm. Usually, I use glass to cut the dough, but in this case, I had to print a new cutter because my glass was too small.
