Piemont Sword -Full Size-

thingiverse

I created my own rendering of a Piemont Sword from the 1800s using Sketchup as my primary modeling tool. By intentionally designing the pins slightly smaller than their corresponding holes, I was able to achieve a seamless fit that enables the various parts to assemble together perfectly even after printing is complete. This same approach will be applied to older sword designs at some point in the near future. Post-Printing Instructions: Apply strong epoxy to join all parts of the printed assembly together with utmost precision. Following this, meticulously smooth out any rough edges using sandpaper before undertaking a final paint job that suits your personal style. Good fortune should accompany your project from this point forward!
