A versatile trap made from existing models. Assembled with 16 wooden dowels ø3x20mm. A standard TO 82 jar is screwed underneath. Filled with fruit syrup bait, which can be changed and replenished without worrying about stings. Once the trap is full of Asian wasps, immerse it in a seal to drown the survivors. Dead wasps compost beautifully. Eight-millimeter entrance holes keep butterflies and European wasps out. Five-point-five-millimeter exit holes let mosquitoes/bees/wasps etc. escape.
