PID REX-C100 case mount (remixed)

This is a remix of the REX-C100 case mount by GreySID. I have made the following changes which were more suitable for my needs;The four mounting holes in the corners have been increased from 4mm to 6mm diameter to accommodate larger screws.The enclosure walls have been reduced from 5mm to 3mm to save filament and print time.The mounting holes for the SSR have been changed so that the SSR can be mounted without a heat sink, straight into the box.Three holes have been made for three PG13 cable glands (two on top and one on the side), and another smaller one for a PG7 gland (thermocouple entry).The original design has a M4 bolt and nut to secure the controller into the opening. Be careful not to over tighten this bolt (or use a bolt which is too long) otherwise it can deform the soft plastic enclosure of the REX-C100.
