This is a case for a Berme Rex-C100 PID controller, tailored to accommodate its unique length which exceeds that of other PID controllers on the market. Parts required: * The Berme PID controller * A solid-state relay and heat sink * A rocker switch designed for a 19mm x 13mm hole * An AC receptacle suitable for a 28mm x 20mm hole * An AC outlet with a snap-in design, fitting neatly into a 24mm x 23mm space * K-type connectors (HMPW-K-F), secured by passing a screw through the designated hole * Insulated wire * Countersunk screws in 4-40 or M3 sizes * Screws for mounting the heat sink * Screws for securing the feet Optional components: * Feet, which can be printed from an existing file or sourced separately Print settings: * Printer brand: RepRap * Printer model: MendelMax * Rafting: No rafts will be generated during printing. * Support structures: None will be created to facilitate the print job. * Resolution: The printer will operate at a resolution of 0.2mm. * Infill percentage: Printing will proceed with an infill density ranging from 20% to 40%. Notes: This project utilizes a 0.5mm tip, but users are free to experiment with various tip sizes as desired.
