This is an innovative solution you might not be able to replicate, but could potentially serve as an idea generator for you. We acquired frames from IKEA, but upon hanging them above the staircase, they lacked sufficient illumination even during peak sunshine with all lights on the 1st and 2nd floors. Unable to find picture lights that matched the frame's design on Amazon, a straightforward solution emerged - 3D print my own lights. Light and neck snap together seamlessly. For each light, I utilized one segment (three LEDs) from the LED string obtained from Amazon (~$16 for 300 LEDs on a single string). The neck of the light features a groove to conceal the wire.
