I was trying to hang new framed photos but couldn't figure out how to mark the spot so that all the frames lined up perfectly. The cable they used were so short that my hands couldn't easily get behind them. This tool should work for you too. As an added Bonus. You can also "hook" two or more together to get a longer tool. Just be careful that its hooked well. Two versions a 100mm and 160 mm version. I printed one 160 and two 100 for us. Use: - You basically hook the wire/cable on the hook part - Use the knob part to hold it up and align the frame - Remove the frame and DOT the hole. If you have other frames you want to make sure it's perfectly line. - Take off that frame from the wall - Align the tool and figure out the distance between the hole and the hook. - ie "the hole should be 2mm lower" - this is way easier to do than the number of words I had to type to describe it... Enjoy.
