Picture Frame Clips

These clips can be used as replacements for picture frame backs and mirrors. If yours break or are lost, you can use these. When creating your own frames or mirrors, consider using these instead of buying new ones or disassembling existing frames to salvage their clips. I made these after the mirror in my dresser suffered several clip breaks, with the previous owner relying on tape to hold them in place. I used the Raised version for a short time while moving them and removing them for cleaning, which provided added strength. They're now working great. For the clips on the mirror, I also ran them through an acetone vapor bath to enhance their structural integrity by solidifying the extruded layers. Post-Printing: To solidify for mirrors, acetone vapor is used. For heavier items like large glass or mirrors, increase the strength beyond what printing can achieve by following steps similar to those for smoothing ABS with Acetone. If you're familiar with this method or have your own approach, follow it. A solid outer layer can be achieved by dipping in acetone and placing it in front of a fan repeatedly. For inexperienced users, an acetone vapor bath in a well-ventilated area is recommended instead.
