Picture Frame Bracket to fit IKEA Ribba frames

thingiverse

Recently, we purchased Ikea picture frames and faced difficulties mounting them on the wall. As a solution, I designed two bracket attachments that screw onto the deep frame's backside. A piece of string, cord, or wire can then be stretched across between the brackets for easy picture hanging. This design is simple yet effective. It was created using Solid Works 2012 and made on an UP PLUS 2 supplied by Denford. The brackets are specifically designed to fit these particular frames, resembling ready-made brass or plastic picture hangers but tailored for specific use. While this is not my first 3D printed design, all previous works were GCSE Engineering project-related and may not be as relevant to the general public.
